Body Bonito is a professional skin and aesthetics clinic offering the following categories of services:

All services are subject to availability and professional assessment of suitability.

5. Booking and Appointments

5.2 Appointment Confirmation

All appointments are subject to confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but we cannot guarantee availability.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in a cancellation fee
  • Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in requirement of prepayment for future bookings
  • No-shows may be charged the full treatment price

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment. You will be subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, and other methods as displayed at our Clinic.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

6.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website and at our Clinic. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.

6.4 Package Treatments

For package or course treatments, full payment or a deposit may be required upfront. Refund policies for packages will be communicated at the time of purchase.

6.5 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Treatment Outcomes and Results

While we strive to provide high-quality treatments and achieve optimal results, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.

  • Level 7 RQF qualifications (highest regulated qualifications in the beauty and aesthetics industry)
  • Qualified educator status
  • 15+ years experience in massage therapy
  • 10+ years experience in non-surgical aesthetics and skin rejuvenation
  • Ongoing continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Appropriate professional insurance coverage

17. Health and Safety

17.1 Clinic Environment

We maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

17.2 COVID-19 and Infectious Diseases

We reserve the right to implement additional health screening, safety protocols, or modify service delivery in response to public health concerns or government guidance.

17.3 Client Health

You must not attend your appointment if you are unwell, have an infection, or have symptoms of a contagious illness. Please contact us to reschedule.
