What are anti-wrinkle injections?
Botox injections use botulinum toxin, a prescription muscle relaxant, to treat various conditions in the body. When injected into a muscle, it partially blocks nerve impulses, reducing excessive contractions. The result is relaxed muscles, so wrinkles are softened and reduced.
