New clients booking appointments.

All new clients wishing to book an appointment will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost via bank transfer at the time of booking the appointment to confirm and secure the allocated time. This will be redeemable against the cost of treatment. Balance to be paid upon completion of treatment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the allocated appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Cancellation Policy – Body Bonito 

• All injectable treatments require a £50 booking fee. This is redeemable against your treatment but cannot be transferred to another service, as products are ordered specifically for your booked treatment.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment booked.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

This policy is in place to protect my time and ensure fairness to all clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting it.

Late arrivals

Clients arriving late for an appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. This avoids any knock-on effect to clients that have arrived on time for their appointment.

Prepaid Treatments | Gift Vouchers

Body Bonito does not offer refunds for pre-paid treatments, vouchers purchased or treatments received. If you pay for a course of treatments you will save a considerable amount according to the price of a course. Pre-paid treatment courses are not transferable to other individuals or other treatments.

If you have started a course of treatment, Body Bonito cannot offer refunds for the remaining sessions
